Very happy with this store and the friendly pig behind the counter "Smokey" was my daughter's favorite. Will most assuredly be coming back.
As far as the conditions, I was observing a couple employees cleaning tanks and were actually helpful in giving tips to clean and maintain pet environments.
Impressive selection of animals. Staff was very helpful in educating my daughter and me on various reptiles. The fish selection was amazing and my fiance spent plenty of time browsing them.
This is the single most dirty and unkept pet store I have been to. None of the rodents or other small animals had anything to chew on. The water bottles we're just deplorable and full of sludge. The amount of feces, urine, and dirt in and around the habitats is mind boggling. The temperature is not ideal for all of the animals. Dust and clutter all over. There should be no reason for an employee to be sitting down texting, clearly there are plenty of things that need immediate attention. I am ashamed to say I've been here and feel sorry for these creatures.

Stopped in to get supplies for our new tortoise and the gentleman was so kind and ran us through the set up necessities and what was more cost effective and best bang for our buck! Will be frequenting for the upkeep of our tortoise!!
